Hospice residence definition

Hospice residence means a facility that meets all of the following:
Hospice residence means a hospice residence as defined by section 21401(1)(b) of the code.

  • Hospice means a public agency or private organization licensed pursuant to Chapter 400, Florida Statutes, to provide Hospice services.   • Primary care physician or “PCP” means a Plan Provider who has an independent contractor agreement with HPN to assume responsibility for arranging and coordinating the delivery of Covered Services to Members. A Primary Care Physician’s agreement with HPN may terminate. In the event that a Member’s Primary Care Physician’s agreement terminates, the Member will be required to select another Primary Care Physician.

  • Psychiatric nurse means a registered nurse who has
