Holding Company Class B Common Stock definition

Holding Company Class B Common Stock means the Class B Common Stock, $.01 par value, of the Holding Company as constituted on the Closing Date and any Shares into which such Class B Common Stock shall have been changed or any Shares resulting from any reclassification of such Class B Common Stock.
