Holding Common Shares definition

Holding Common Shares means the shares of common stock of Holding, par value $1.00 per share.
Holding Common Shares means the 4,900 shares of Common Stock to be acquired by Holding from the Company.
Holding Common Shares means the shares of Holding Common Stock listed on Exhibit A.
