Highest Responsible Bidder definition

Highest Responsible Bidder means the Bidder that submits the Bid with the highest Purchase Price and is deemed financially and technically responsible by the Township.
Highest Responsible Bidder means the bidder submitting the bid containing the highest aggregate rent for the term of the Lease Agreement based upon the bids submitted and determined to be responsible by the governing body and to whom the award of the Contract is made.
Highest Responsible Bidder means the Bidder submitting the Highest Responsible Bid.

  • When a bid received has been determined to be satisfactory, a Contract will be awarded, or Purchase Order issued to the Highest Responsible Bidder within the time designated in the Contract Documents.

  • If the public referendum passes in November, the Township anticipates that it will execute the Agreement of Sale with the Highest Responsible Bidder.

  • Lowest responsible bidder means the Bidder submitting Lowest Responsible Bid.

  • Lowest responsible bidder or vendor means the bidder or vendor: (1) whose response to a request for bids offers the lowest price and is responsive; and (2) who is responsible.

  • Responsible Bidder means a Bidder that has the capability in all respects to perform the requirements of the Contract. In determining whether a Bidder is a Responsible Bidder, the Agency may consider various factors including, but not limited to, the Bidder’s competence and qualifications to provide the goods or services requested, the Bidder’s integrity and reliability, the past performance of the Bidder relative to the quality of the goods or services offered by the Bidder and the best interest of the Agency and the State.

  • Lowest and Best Responsible Bidder means the Bidder submitting the lowest Bid received that is within the range of acceptable bids, that also has the ability to timely perform the Contract bid upon considering such factors as financial resources, skills, quality of materials, past work record, and ability to comply with state, federal, and local requirements, including those set forth in the SBE Regulations.

  • Responsive and Responsible Bidder means an entity or individual that has submitted a bid that conforms in all material respects to the Invitation to Bid and has the capability in all respects to fully perform the contract requirements and the integrity and reliability that will assure good faith performance. “Responsive and Responsible Vendor” means an entity or individual that has submitted a proposal, reply, or response that conforms in all material respects to the Request for Proposals, Invitation to Negotiate, or Competitive Solicitation and has the capability in all respects to fully perform the contract requirements and the integrity and reliability that will assure good faith performance. In determining whether an entity or individual is a Responsive and Responsible Bidder (or Vendor), the District may consider, in addition to factors described in the Invitation to Bid, Request for Proposals, Invitation to Negotiate, or Competitive Solicitation, the following:

  • Responsible bidder or offeror means a person who at the time of Contract Award has the capability to perform the Contract requirements and the integrity and reliability which will assure good faith performance.

  • Non-responsive Bid means a bid, which is not submitted as per the instructions to the bidders or Earnest Money Deposit has not been attached, or the required data has not been provided with the Bid or intentional errors have been committed in the Bid.

  • Responsible Respondent means a Respondent that has the capability in all material respects to perform the scope of work and specifications of the Contract. In determining whether a Respondent is a Responsible Respondent, the Agency may consider various factors including, but not limited to, the Respondent’s competence and qualifications to provide the goods or services requested, the Respondent’s integrity and reliability, the past performance of the Respondent and the best interest of the Agency and the State.

  • Responsible Vendor means a vendor with adequate financial resources (or the ability to obtain such resources), who can comply with the delivery requirements, and who is a qualified and established firm regularly engaged in the type of business that provides the goods and/or services herein.

  • Responsible Contractor means a Contractor that has the capability in all material respects to perform the specifications of the Contract. In determining whether a Contractor is a Responsible Contractor, the Agency may consider various factors including, but not limited to, the Contractor’s competence and qualifications to provide the goods or services requested, the Contractor’s integrity and reliability, the past performance of the Contractor and the best interest of the Agency and the State.

  • Responsible agency means a public agency, which proposes to carry out or approve a project, for which [a] Lead Agency is preparing or has prepared an EIR or Negative Declaration. For the purposes of CEQA, the term “responsible agency” includes all public agencies other than the Lead Agency, which have discretionary approval power over the project. (Section 15381)

  • Responsible Offeror means an Offeror who submits a responsive proposal and who has furnished, when required, information and data to prove that his financial resources, production or service facilities, personnel, service reputation and experience are adequate to make satisfactory delivery of the services, or items of tangible personal property described in the proposal.

  • Substantially Responsive Bid means the bid that contains no material differences or deviations from, or reservations to, the terms, conditions and specifications given in the bidding documents;
