Lowest responsible bidder means the Bidder submitting Lowest Responsible Bid.
Lowest responsible bidder or vendor means the bidder or vendor: (1) whose response to a request for bids offers the lowest price and is responsive; and (2) who is responsible.
Responsible Bidder means a Bidder that has the capability in all respects to perform the requirements of the Contract. In determining whether a Bidder is a Responsible Bidder, the Agency may consider various factors including, but not limited to, the Bidder’s competence and qualifications to provide the goods or services requested, the Bidder’s integrity and reliability, the past performance of the Bidder relative to the quality of the goods or services offered by the Bidder and the best interest of the Agency and the State.
Responsive and Responsible Bidder means an entity or individual that has submitted a bid that conforms in all material respects to the Invitation to Bid and has the capability in all respects to fully perform the contract requirements and the integrity and reliability that will assure good faith performance. “Responsive and Responsible Vendor” means an entity or individual that has submitted a proposal, reply, or response that conforms in all material respects to the Request for Proposals, Invitation to Negotiate, or Competitive Solicitation and has the capability in all respects to fully perform the contract requirements and the integrity and reliability that will assure good faith performance. In determining whether an entity or individual is a Responsive and Responsible Bidder (or Vendor), the District may consider, in addition to factors described in the Invitation to Bid, Request for Proposals, Invitation to Negotiate, or Competitive Solicitation, the following:
Non-responsive Bid means a bid, which is not submitted as per the instructions to the bidders or Earnest Money Deposit has not been attached, or the required data has not been provided with the Bid or intentional errors have been committed in the Bid.
Responsible bidder or offeror means a person who at the time of Contract Award has the capability to perform the Contract requirements and the integrity and reliability which will assure good faith performance.
Responsible Respondent means a Respondent that has the capability in all material respects to perform the scope of work and specifications of the Contract. In determining whether a Respondent is a Responsible Respondent, the Agency may consider various factors including, but not limited to, the Respondent’s competence and qualifications to provide the goods or services requested, the Respondent’s integrity and reliability, the past performance of the Respondent and the best interest of the Agency and the State.
Responsible Contractor means a Contractor that has the capability in all material respects to perform the specifications of the Contract. In determining whether a Contractor is a Responsible Contractor, the Agency may consider various factors including, but not limited to, the Contractor’s competence and qualifications to provide the goods or services requested, the Contractor’s integrity and reliability, the past performance of the Contractor and the best interest of the Agency and the State.
Responsible Vendor means a vendor with adequate financial resources (or the ability to obtain such resources), who can comply with the delivery requirements, and who is a qualified and established firm regularly engaged in the type of business that provides the goods and/or services herein.
responsible Minister , in relation to a scheme, means the Minister to whom the administration of the relevant scheme Act is for the time being committed by the Governor;
Project Management Report means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;
Procurement item means an item of personal property, a technology, a service, or a construction project.
Responsive bidder means a person who has submitted a bid that conforms in all material respects
Future Response Costs means all costs, including, but not limited to, direct and indirect costs, that the United States incurs in reviewing or developing deliverables submitted pursuant to this CD, in overseeing implementation of the Work, or otherwise implementing, overseeing, or enforcing this CD, including, but not limited to, payroll costs, contractor costs, travel costs, laboratory costs, the costs incurred pursuant to ¶ 11 (Emergencies and Releases), ¶ 12 (Community Involvement) (including the costs of any technical assistance grant under Section 117(e) of CERCLA, 42 U.S.C. § 9617(e)), ¶ 32 (Access to Financial Assurance), Section VII (Remedy Review), Section VIII (Property Requirements) (including the cost of attorney time and any monies paid to secure or enforce access or land, water, or other resource use restrictions and/or to secure, implement, monitor, maintain, or enforce Institutional Controls including the amount of just compensation), and Section XIV (Dispute Resolution), and all litigation costs. the sub-processor means any processor engaged by the data importer or by any other sub-processor of the data importer who agrees to receive from the data importer or from any other sub-processor of the data importer personal data exclusively intended for processing activities to be carried out on behalf of the data exporter after the transfer in accordance with his instructions, the terms of the Clauses and the terms of the written subcontract;

Own risk and solvency assessment means a confidential internal assessment, appropriate to the nature, scale, and complexity of an insurer or insurance group, conducted by that insurer or insurance group of the material and relevant risks associated with the insurer or insurance group's current business plan, and the sufficiency of capital resources to support those risks.
Auction Manager shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.19(a).
Substantially Responsive Bid means the bid that contains no material differences or deviations from, or reservations to, the terms, conditions and specifications given in the bidding documents;
Due Diligence Request means the due diligence request letter from Xxxxxxx and Xxxxxx LLP, counsel to the Purchasers, dated July 25, 2018.

Summary Subcontract Report (SSR) Coordinator, as used in this clause, means the individual at the department or agency level who is registered in eSRS and is responsible for acknowledging or rejecting SSRs in eSRS for the department or agency.
The Bidder means the individual or firm who participates in this tender and submits its bid.
Responsible Company means, with respect to any Tax Return, the Company having responsibility for preparing and filing such Tax Return under this Agreement.
