  • Subsection (4) does not apply to premises entered into the Register as defined in the Heritage of Western Australia Act 1990 section 3(1) or in the register as defined in the Heritage Act 2018 section 4.[Section 47 amended: No. 60 of 2011 s.

  • A referral under section 73(4) of the Heritage of Western Australia Act 1990 is to dealt with as if it were an appeal by the aggrieved person against the Minister’s decision under that section.

  • Referral under section 37 of the Heritage of Western Australia Act 1990(1) A referral under section 37(3) of the Heritage of Western Australia Act 1990 is to be dealt with as if it were an appeal by the aggrieved person against the Minister’s decision to make the recommendation under section 37(1) of that Act.

  • Virginia Stormwater Management Act means Article 2.3 (§ 62.1-44.15:24 et seq.) of Chapter 3.1 of Title 62.1 of the Code of Virginia.

  • Crown means the government of the United Kingdom (including the Northern Ireland Assembly and Executive Committee, the Scottish Executive and the National Assembly for Wales), including, but not limited to, government ministers and government departments and particular bodies, persons, commissions or agencies from time to time carrying out functions on its behalf;

  • Euronext Dublin means the Irish Stock Exchange plc trading as Euronext Dublin;

  • S&W means the Scope of Works in Section II of this Volume.

  • agricultural holding means a portion of land not less than 0.8 hectares in extent used solely or mainly for the purpose of agriculture, horticulture or for breeding or keeping domesticated animals, poultry or bees;

  • South Caucasus/Central and South Asian (SC/CASA) state means Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, or Uzbekistan.

  • Bangladesh Bank means the bank established under Article 3 of the Bangladesh Bank Order, 1972 (P.O. No. 127 of 1972) for the purpose of carrying on the business of the central banking and also includes its successors;

  • community centre means any school, railway station, police station and other location providing a service to the community;

  • South Caucasus/Central and South Asian (SC/CASA) state means Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, or Uzbekistan.
