In this regulation — Register of Heritage Places has the meaning given in the Heritage of Western Australia Act 1990 section 46;rural land means land zoned for agricultural or rural use under a local planning scheme made under the Planning and Development Act 2005.
Short title This Act may be cited as the Heritage of Western Australia Act 1990 1.
