Health Care Enterprise definition

Health Care Enterprise means the business of operating the Facilities as a health care facility as defined by the Act in the following manner; to wit: the business of operating the Facilities as an assisted living facility for the elderly or as facilities used or useful in connection with the diagnosis, treatment, therapy, rehabilitation, housing or care of or for aged, sick, ill, injured, infirm, impaired, disabled or handicapped persons, without discrimination among such persons due to race, religion or national origin.
