Guaranteed Heat Rate definition

Guaranteed Heat Rate means the Heat Rate guarantee made by the Bidder in its proposal that will apply to all levels of dispatch within a 3% band width.
Guaranteed Heat Rate has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2(d)
Guaranteed Heat Rate has the meaning assigned to such term in Exhibit R. “Guaranteed Ramp Rate” has the meaning set forth in Exhibit R. “Guaranteed Start-Up Time” has the meaning set forth in Exhibit R.

More Definitions of Guaranteed Heat Rate

Guaranteed Heat Rate or "GHR" means the Heat Rate (at the Site Reference Conditions) guaranteed by the Project Company for the Fossil Fuel Fired Component, for Phase 1 and Phase 2, as set forth in the tables included in Schedule 5.
Guaranteed Heat Rate shall be 10,000MMBtu/kWh (higher heating value). This value assumes the use of gas compression. If gas compression is not required because of higher delivery pressure, the Guaranteed Heat Rate will be reduced by a percentage not less than 2% nor more than 5% as set forth in a Department Determination Certificate.
