GTHA means the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area, referring to the geographical area containing the City of Toronto, the Regional Municipality of Durham, the Regional Municipality of York, the Regional Municipality of Peel, the Regional Municipality of Halton and the City of Hamilton.

  • GTHA hereby certifies to ALCO that GTHA has inspected the Amenity and it is expressly agreed that the Amenity is accepted by GTHA in its "AS-IS", “WHERE-IS” AND "WITH ALL FAULTS" CONDITION.

  • Subject to the payment by GTHA of the Annual Fee, owners of homes in Grand Trails are entitled to use the Amenity in the same manner and to the same extent as members of ALCO are entitled to use the Amenity.

  • ALCO will submit an invoice to GTHA in February of the applicable year, which invoice will reflect the rate per home for that year and the total amount of the Annual Fee.

  • GTHA shall be solely responsible for making all payments to and on behalf of its employees and GEKKO shall in no event be liable for any debts or other liabilities of.

  • GTHA shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless GEKKO from and against any and all losses incurred by GEKKO which arise out of or result from misrepresentation, breach of warranty or breach or non-fulfillment of any covenant contained herein or Schedules annexed hereto or in any other documents or instruments furnished by GTHA pursuant hereto or in connection with this Agreement.
