Group Redesignation Notice has the meaning given to such term in Clause 25.15 (Group Redesignation).
Designation Notice means a notice from any Lender or an Affiliate of a Lender substantially in the form of Exhibit I.
Redesignation Date means, as to the Covered Debt in effect at any time, the earliest of (a) the date that is two years prior to the final maturity date of such Covered Debt, (b) if the Corporation elects to redeem, or the Corporation or a Subsidiary of the Corporation elects to repurchase, such Covered Debt either in whole or in part with the consequence that after giving effect to such redemption or repurchase the outstanding principal amount of such Covered Debt is less than $100,000,000, the applicable redemption or repurchase date and (c) if such Covered Debt is not Eligible Subordinated Debt of the Corporation, the date on which the Corporation issues long-term indebtedness for money borrowed that is Eligible Subordinated Debt.
Subsidiary Redesignation shall have the meaning provided in the definition of “Unrestricted Subsidiary” contained in this Section 1.01.
Redesignation has the meaning given to such term in Section 4.19. “refinance” means to refinance, repay, prepay, replace, renew or refund.
Nomination Notice means all information and documents that a Nominating Stockholder is required to submit to the Secretary of the Corporation pursuant to Section 1.13(f).
Allocation Notice shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 11.14(i) hereof.
Designation Date as defined in Subsection 2.10(f).
Designation Amount has the meaning given to this term in Section 4.15.
Election Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 11.01(b).
Acceleration Notice shall have the meaning specified in Section 6.2.
Acquisition Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6(a).
Secured Party Designation Notice means a notice from any Lender or an Affiliate of a Lender substantially in the form of Exhibit H.
Contribution Notice means a contribution notice issued by the Pensions Regulator under section 38 or section 47 of the Pensions Xxx 0000.
Collection Notice means a notice, in substantially the form of Annex A to Exhibit VI, from the Agent to a Collection Bank.
Increase Notice is defined in Section 2.19.
Disposition Notice is defined in Section 5.2(a).
Determination Notice is defined in Section 6.1(b)(i) of the Agreement.
Investor Notice means written notice from an Investor notifying the Company and the selling Key Holder that such Investor intends to exercise its Secondary Refusal Right as to a portion of the Transfer Stock with respect to any Proposed Key Holder Transfer.
Activation Notice have the meanings ascribed thereto in Annex C.
Special Termination Notice means the Notice of Special Termination substantially in the form of Annex VII to this Agreement.
Reduction Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 1.3.
Termination Notice means the communication issued in accordance with this Agreement by one Party to the other Party terminating this Agreement;
Addition Notice With respect to the transfer of Subsequent Mortgage Loans to the Trust Fund pursuant to Section 2.08, a notice of the Depositor's designation of the Subsequent Mortgage Loans to be sold to the Trust Fund and the aggregate principal balance of such Subsequent Mortgage Loans as of the Subsequent Cut-off Date. The Addition Notice shall be given not later than three Business Days prior to the related Subsequent Transfer Date and shall be substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit P.
Valuation Notice means the notice given by the Partnership pursuant to Section 8.5(b) or Section 8.6(a) and stating the Initial Value at which a Purchase Right is to be exercised or at which a Repurchase Obligation is to be effected.
Substitution Notice has the meaning specified in Section 2.17 (Substitution of Lenders).
Discounted Prepayment Option Notice has the meaning specified in Section 2.05(d)(ii).
