Group B Receivable definition

Group B Receivable means a Receivable, (a) the Obligor of which is not a Designated Obligor and (b) that is (x) aged on the “Great Plainsbilling system (or such other billing system approved in writing from time to time by the Administrator) or (y) the Originator of which is a Legacy Hawaiian Telecom Originator.
Group B Receivable means shall mean a Receivable, (a) the Obligor of which is not one of the General Electric Companies and (b) is aged on the “Great Plainsbilling system (or such other billing system approved in writing from time to time by the Administrator).

Related to Group B Receivable

  • Eligible Receivable means, at any time, a Receivable:

  • Diluted Receivable means that portion of any Receivable which is either (a) reduced or canceled as a result of a Dilution Factor or (b) subject to any bona fide specific dispute, offset, counterclaim or defense whatsoever.

  • Unbilled Receivable means, at any time, any Receivable as to which the invoice or xxxx with respect thereto has not yet been sent to the Obligor thereof.

  • Excluded Receivable means all indebtedness and other obligations owed to Originator or in which Originator has a security interest or other interest (including, without limitation, any indebtedness, obligation or interest constituting an account, chattel paper, instrument or general intangible) arising in connection with the sale of merchandise or the rendering of services by Originator and further includes, without limitation, the obligation to pay any Finance Charges with respect thereto:

  • Net Receivables Pool Balance means, at any time: (a) the Outstanding Balance of Eligible Receivables then in the Receivables Pool minus (b) the Excess Concentration.

  • Delinquent Receivable means any Receivable that is not a Liquidated Receivable and which the related Obligor fails to make at least 90% of the related Scheduled Receivables Payment by the date on which it is due and remains unpaid for more than sixty (60) days from the original payment due date.

  • Net Receivables Balance means, at any time, the aggregate Outstanding Balance of all Receivables that are Eligible Receivables at such time reduced by (i) the aggregate amount by which the Outstanding Balance of all Receivables that are Eligible Receivables of each Obligor and its Affiliates exceeds the Concentration Limit for such Obligor and (ii) the aggregate Contractual Dilution Reserves for all Eligible Receivables of all Obligors.

  • Eligible Unbilled Receivable means, at any time, any Unbilled Receivable if (a) the related Originator has recognized the related revenue on its financial books and records under GAAP, and (b) not more than thirty (30) days have expired since the date such Unbilled Receivable arose.

  • Settlement Receivable means any general intangible, payment intangible, or instrument representing or reflecting an obligation to make payments to or for the benefit of a Person in consideration for a Settlement made or arranged, or to be made or arranged, by such Person.
