Green Parties definition

Green Parties means, collectively, Green Equity Investors V, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, LGP License II LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and LGP License Coinvest LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
Green Parties means, collectively, Green, its Subsidiaries and its Joint Ventures, and each of them individually is a “Green Party”.
Green Parties has the meaning set forth in the Preamble. Green Permits has the meaning set forth in Paragraph 10.12.

  • To develop cooperation at European level, a coordination body was founded in 1984, transforming itself in 1993 into the European Federation of Green Parties.

  • Non-Party Affiliates means each former, current or future officer, director, employee, partner, member, manager, direct or indirect equityholder or affiliate of the Company, Electriq Power or any of the respective affiliates or any of their respective subsidiaries, control persons, officers, directors, employees, partners, agents or representatives or any family member of the foregoing.

  • Agent Parties has the meaning specified in Section 10.02(c).

  • lone parent means a person who has no partner and who is responsible for and a member of the same household as a child or young person;

  • Great bodily harm means bodily injury which creates a substantial risk of death, or which causes serious permanent dis- figurement, or which causes a permanent or protracted loss or impairment of the function of any bodily member or organ or other serious bodily injury.

  • Construction Parties means all of the Parties to a Construction Service Agreement.

  • Organized criminal group means a structured group of three or more persons, existing for a period of time and acting in concert with the aim of committing one or more serious crimes or offences established in accordance with this Convention, in order to obtain, directly or indirectly, a financial or other material benefit;

  • Local Parties shall be defined as the Board or the local OSSTF/FEESO bargaining unit party to a collective agreement.

  • Relevant Parties means the Agent, each Borrower, each Security Party, the Security Trustee, each Lender and the Swap Bank;

  • Party/Parties means Buyer and Seller individually/collectively.

  • Buyer Parties means Buyer, its Affiliates, their members, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns.

  • Parent Related Parties means, collectively, (i) Parent or Merger Sub; and (ii) the former, current and future holders of any equity, controlling persons, Representatives, Affiliates (other than Parent or Merger Sub), members, managers, general or limited partners, stockholders and assignees of each of Parent and Merger Sub.

  • Exculpated Parties shall have the meaning set forth in Section 13.1 hereof.

  • Covered Parties has the meaning set forth in Section 6.7(a).
