Granting Date definition

Granting Date means the date on which the Committee authorizes the issuance of a Stock Option for a specified number of shares of Stock to a specified Employee.
Granting Date means the date on which the grant of an Option is made effective by the Option Committee.
Granting Date means the date in each calendar year of the Annual Meeting of Shareholders of the Company.

  • A Stock Option shall be exercisable during such period or periods and in such installments as shall be fixed by the Committee at the time the option is granted or in any amendment thereto; but each Stock Option shall expire not later than ten years from the Granting Date.
