German Revolving Loan definition

German Revolving Loan shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.01(a).
German Revolving Loan means a Loan made by a German Lender pursuant to Section 2.01(d). Each German Revolving Loan shall be a Eurodollar Loan or an ABR Loan.
German Revolving Loan is defined in Section 2.1 of this Agreement.

Examples of German Revolving Loan in a sentence

  • Each German Borrower hereby unconditionally promises to pay (i) on the Maturity Date to the Administrative Agent, for the account of each applicable Revolving Lender, the then unpaid principal amount of each German Revolving Loan of such Revolving Lender made to it and (ii) on the earlier of the Maturity Date and the last day of the Interest Period for such Loan, to the European Swingline Lender, the then unpaid principal amount of each European Swingline Loan made to it.

  • Each German Revolving Loan shall be made as part of a Borrowing consisting of German Revolving Loans of the same Type made by the German Lenders ratably in accordance with their respective Applicable Percentage.

  • The obligation of German Borrower to repay each Lender's German Revolving Loan shall be evidenced by a promissory note payable to the order of such Lender in a maximum principal amount denominated in Deutsche Marks having a Dollar Equivalent Amount equal to its prorata share of $80,000,000.

  • Newco shall be liable as borrower with respect to the Term Loans and the Initial German Revolving Loan and shall be liable as a guarantor to the extent provided for in the Guaranty and Collateral Agreement.

  • The German Revolving Commitment(s) of the applicable assigning and assignee Permanent Lender shall be adjusted to give effect to any assignments of a German Revolving Commitment(s) pursuant to Section 15.6.1. German Revolving Commitments or the German Revolving Loan Commitments means, collectively, the aggregate amount, at the applicable time, of all German Revolving Commitments of all Permanent Lenders.
