German Account Bank Agreement definition

German Account Bank Agreement means the agreement pursuant to which Dutch FleetCo appoints the Dutch FleetCo German Account Bank.
German Account Bank Agreement means the agreement pursuant to which Dutch FleetCo appoints the Dutch FleetCo German Account Bank. “German Account Mandate” has the meaning given to it in clause 4.1.1 of the German Account Bank Agreement.
