General Conveyance definition

General Conveyance has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 10.3(b).

General Conveyance means the general conveyance in the form attached as Schedule "D";

• This General Conveyance shall be binding upon and shall enure to the benefit of each of the Parties and their respective administrators, trustees, receivers, successors and assigns.

General Conveyance means an agreement in the form set forth in Schedule E.
