Conveyance Date definition

Conveyance Date means the date of a Conveyance, as specified in the applicable Purchase Notice or Notice of Substitution.
Conveyance Date means (i) the later of (a) the date on which title vests in the purchaser at the foreclosure sale of the Property pursuant to the Lien Instrument or (b) the date on which Borrower's statutory right of redemption shall expire or be waived or (ii) the date of the conveyance of the Property to Lender in lieu of foreclosure.
Conveyance Date means the date of a Conveyance.

  • The Seller agrees that if prior to the Conveyance Date any matter certified to herein by it will not be true and correct in all material respects at such time as if then made, it will promptly so notify the Purchaser and the Trustee.
