Examples of GDC CEO in a sentence

  • If the Business Dispute cannot be resolved by the Port Authority Executive Director and the GDC CEO within ninety (90) days of notice, such Business Dispute shall be determined to be at an impasse and either Party may exercise their rights regarding a Business Dispute as set forth in subsection (b).
