Gas Laws definition

Gas Laws means, as appropriate:
Gas Laws means the Gas Pipelines Access (Tasmania) Act 2000 (Tas.), the Gas Pipelines Access Act 1998 (Vic.), the National Third Party Access Code for Natural Gas Pipeline Systems and any other applicable laws in existence at the date of this document.
Gas Laws means all relevant legislation, regulations, codes, binding guidelines, council regulations, licences, proclamations, binding directions or binding standards applicable to the Tasmanian gas market or otherwise applicable to the subject matter of this Agreement or our relationship with you including the Gas Industry Xxx 0000, the Gas Safety Xxx 0000 , the Gas Safety Regulations 2021, the Customer Transfer and Reconciliation Code, the Gas Distribution Code and the Gas Retail Code.

  • Whenever the actual conditions of pressure and temperature of the particular gas stream being measured differ from the above standard, conversion of the volume from such actual conditions to the above standard conditions shall be made in accordance with the Ideal Gas Laws corrected for super-compressibility in accordance with the method customarily used by the measuring party.

  • Anti-Corruption Laws means all laws, rules, and regulations of any jurisdiction applicable to the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries from time to time concerning or relating to bribery or corruption.

  • Applicable Laws means the requirements relating to the administration of equity-based awards under U.S. state corporate laws, U.S. federal and state securities laws, the Code, any stock exchange or quotation system on which the Common Stock is listed or quoted and the applicable laws of any foreign country or jurisdiction where Awards are, or will be, granted under the Plan.
