Future Supplier definition

Future Supplier means any third party providing goods and/or services to AIB similar to the Deliverables (or any part thereof) following the expiry or termination of an Agreement (in whole or in part);
Future Supplier means any alternative supplier appointed by the Commission to perform the Services or any part thereof.

  • If there is a Relevant Transfer then the contracts of employment of those employees wholly or mainly engaged in the provision of the Exit Services immediately before the Return Date will take effect on the Return Date as if originally made between the Future Supplier and those employees (save for those who object pursuant to Regulation 4(7) of the TUPE Regulations).

  • In the event that there is any such transfer of any contract of employment, the Supplier shall indemnify ITV fully (and pay to ITV such sums as would, if paid to a Future Supplier, keep the such Future Supplier indemnified fully) against all costs, liabilities, claims, damages and expenses incurred directly or indirectly in relation to any such transfer (including, without limitation, in relation to the termination of any transferring contract of employment).

Related to Future Supplier

  • Preferred Supplier means a person named in Schedule F;

  • Transferred Receivable means a Purchased Receivable or a Contributed Receivable.

  • Class-I local supplier means a supplier or service provider, whose goods, services or works offered for procurement, has local content equal to or more than 50%, as defined under said Order.

  • Class-lI local supplier means a supplier or service provider, whose goods, services or works offered for procurement, has local content more than 20% but less than 50%, as defined under this Order

  • Travel Supplier means any entity or organization that coordinates or supplies travel services for You.

  • Advance Payment Contract means any contract whereby any Credit Party either (a) receives or becomes entitled to receive (either directly or indirectly) any payment (an “Advance Payment”) to be applied toward payment of the purchase price of Hydrocarbons produced or to be produced from Oil and Gas Interests owned by any Credit Party and which Advance Payment is, or is to be, paid in advance of actual delivery of such production to or for the account of the purchaser regardless of such production, or (b) grants an option or right of refusal to the purchaser to take delivery of such production in lieu of payment, and, in either of the foregoing instances, the Advance Payment is, or is to be, applied as payment in full for such production when sold and delivered or is, or is to be, applied as payment for a portion only of the purchase price thereof or of a percentage or share of such production; provided that inclusion of the standard “take or pay” provision in any gas sales or purchase contract or any other similar contract shall not, in and of itself, constitute such contract as an Advance Payment Contract for the purposes hereof.

  • Defective Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan which is required to be repurchased pursuant to Section 2.02 or 2.03.
