Purchasing Portfolio definition

Purchasing Portfolio has the meaning specified in Section 2.10;
Purchasing Portfolio has the meaning specified in Section 2.9; (v) "Schedule A" has the meaning specified in Section 2.3(a); (w) "Selling Portfolio" has the meaning specified in Section 2.9; (x) "Shareholder" means a record owner of Outstanding Shares of the Trust; (y) "Shares" (each, a "Share") means, as to a Portfolio or any Class thereof, the equal proportionate transferable units of beneficial interest into which the beneficial interest of such Portfolio or such Class thereof shall be divided and may include fractions of Shares in 1/1000 of a Share or integral multiples thereof as well as whole Shares; (z) The "Trust" means Old Mutual Funds III, a Delaware statutory trust established under this Agreement. Reference to the Trust, when applicable to one or more Portfolios, refers to each such Portfolio; (aa) The "Trustees" means the Persons who have signed this Agreement as trustees so long as they continue to serve as trustees of the Trust in accordance with the terms hereof, and all other Persons who may from time to time be duly appointed as Trustee in accordance with the provisions of Section 3.4, or elected as Trustee by the Shareholders, and reference herein to a Trustee or to the Trustees refers to such Persons in their capacity as Trustees hereunder; and (bb) "Trust Property" means any and all property, real or personal, tangible or intangible, which is owned or held by or for the account of the Trust or any Portfolio, or by the Trustees on behalf of the Trust or any Portfolio.
