FTCA definition

FTCA means the Federal Trade Commission Act, as amended from time to time, together with all regulations issued by the Federal Trade Commission and other governmental agencies pursuant thereto.
FTCA means the Federal Trade Commission Act of 1914, as amended.

  • Under section 7(1) of the FTCA, a relevant iwi authority for a referred project means an iwi authority whose area of interest includes the area in which a project will occur.
