Following the collection of all relevant data, the TGA shall be notified and requested to make an evaluation of whether or not the dispute involves the integrity of the hardware or software being used and to try and resolve the dispute.
In the event the dispute is resolved, the TGA is not obligated to report to the SGA, but shall make TGA reports available for review.
If the dispute is not resolved within 72 hours from the time of the complaint, the TGA shall immediately forward a report to the SGA detailing the nature of the dispute.
