Former Jefferson-Pilot Director definition

Former Jefferson-Pilot Director means, as of the date on which these bylaws become effective, any director who was formerly a director of Jefferson-Pilot Corporation. In addition, any person filling (by election or appointment occurring prior to the 2007 annual shareholders’ meeting) a Former Jefferson-Pilot Directorship and nominated under the Nomination Procedures shall be deemed a Former Jefferson-Pilot Director.
