Planning Director means the Planning Director of the City of Santa Xxxxxx, or his or her designee.
Public Works Director means the Director of the Department of Public Works of the County of Los Angeles.
shadow director means, in relation to a company, any person in accordance with whose directions or instructions the directors of the company are accustomed to act, but the person is not deemed to be a shadow director by reason only that the directors act on advice given by him in a professional capacity; and
Black woman-owned enterprise means an enterprise with at least 25, 1% representation of black women within the black equity and management portion.
College board means the state board for community and
Athletic director means an individual responsible for administering the overall athletic program of an educational institution or, if an educational institution has separately administered athletic programs for male students and female students, the athletic program for males or the athletic program for females, as appropriate.
Company Director means a member of the Board.
Next Michigan development corporation means that term as defined in section 3 of the next Michigan development act, 2010 PA 275, MCL 125.2953.
Director of Nursing means an individual who is responsible for the nursing services provided in a nursing care institution.
Deputy Director means the Deputy Director of the Authority, as the case may be.
Non-Management Director means any Person selected in accordance with Article IV of this Agreement who is not a Management Director.
Family farm corporation means a corporation founded for the purpose of farming agricultural land in which the majority of the voting stock is held by and the majority of the stockholders are persons or the spouse of persons related to each other within the fourth degree of kinship, according to the rules of the civil law, and at least one of the related persons is residing on or actively operating the farm, and none of whose stockholders are a corporation. A family farm corporation does not cease to qualify under this division where, by reason of any devise, bequest, or the operation of the laws of descent or distribution, the ownership of shares of voting stock is transferred to another person, as long as that person is within the degree of kinship stipulated in this division.
Nursing home administrator or "administrator" means any individual who is charged with the general administration of a nursing home, whether or not such an individual has an ownership interest in such home and whether or not the functions and duties are shared with one or more other individuals.
county executive committee member means the county executive committee member responsible for matters relating to land;
Urban Enterprise Zones means a zone designated by the New Jersey Enterprise Zone Authority pursuant to the New Jersey Urban Enterprise Zones Act, N.J.S.A. 52:27H-60 et. seq.
Department Director means the director of the department of human rights.
Associate Director means the associate director of the
Community Development Director means the Director of City’s Department of Community Development or his or her designee.
Non-Participating Home Infusion Therapy Provider means a Home Infusion Therapy Provider who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
Member Director means a Director elected or appointed pursuant to section 8(2)(a) of the Act and Section 5.02;
Child in need of services means (i) a child whose behavior, conduct or condition presents or results
Management Director means a Person selected in accordance with Article IV of this Agreement who shall have the powers and duties to manage the business and affairs of the Company and exercise its powers to the extent set forth in this Agreement, the Certificate and the Act. Each Management Director shall be a “manager” of the Company within the meaning of the Act.
ex officio director means a person who holds office as a director of a particular company solely as a consequence of that person holding some other office, title, designation or similar status specified in the company’s Memorandum of Incorporation;
State Director means the chief administrative officer of the State water pollution control agency, or the authorized representative of the State Director.
Senior citizen center means a facility having the primary purpose of providing services to the aged as defined in Section 62A-3-101.
Black empowered enterprise means an enterprise that is at least 25,1% owned by black persons and where there is substantial management control. Ownership refers to economic interests. Management refers to executive directors. This is whether the black enterprise has control or not.
