Form One definition

Form One means the ‘GST property settlement withholding notification form’ required to be lodged with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) by purchasers who are required to withhold an Amount.

Form One. The shares represented by this certificate have not been registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, or under the securities laws of any other jurisdiction, in reliance upon exemptions from the registration requirements of such laws. Examples of Form One in a sentence

  • The Biloxi Municipal Court shall set a Compliance Hearing for every person who is alleged to have failed to meet the requirements of the Court’s imposed sentencing using the Biloxi Municipal Court Order Setting Compliance Hearing, attached hereto as Exhibit A (Form One).

  • The Order (Form One) will provide the defendant with thirty (30) days notice of the Compliance Hearing date and time.

  • Exhibit B means [Vendor]’s Response.

  • Exhibit means any item labeled as an Exhibit in the Solicitation or placed in the Exhibits section of the solicitation.

  • Form of Acceptance means the Form of formal acceptance, signed by the Procuring Entity, of the Form of Tender, including any annexed memoranda comprising agreements between and signed by both Parties.
