Form 715 Planning Criteria definition

Form 715 Planning Criteria shall have the same meaning provided in the Operating Agreement.
Form 715 Planning Criteria means individual Transmission Owner FERC-filed planning criteria as described in Operating Agreement, Schedule 6, section 1.2(e) and filed with FERC Form No. 715 and posted on the PJM website.
