Food and Beverage Concessions definition

Food and Beverage Concessions means all food and beverage (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) products and services required or appropriate for, and sold or provided at, any and all Stadium Events, whether through fixed or portable stands, machines or vendors, including but not limited to, dining, Luxury Suite waitperson service, catering, concessions vending, vending machines, roving vendors, snack bars and any other food or beverages served at the Stadium.
Food and Beverage Concessions means companies or other business organizations that principally sell consumable food or beverages items, excluding vending-machine operations, to the traveling public at Terminal 1 or Terminal 2, pursuant to concessions agreements with MAC.
Food and Beverage Concessions means all food and beverage (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) products and services required or appropriate for, and sold or provided at any and all Stadium Events, whether through fixed or portable stands, machines or vendors, including but not limited to, dining, Suite waitperson service, catering, concessions vending, vending machines, roving vendors, picnics, snack bars and any other food or beverages served at the Stadium in areas designated therefor on the Plans and Specifications (but expressly excluding products and services sold or served at restaurants or bars which are adjacent to but not a part of the Stadium).

  • Food and Beverage Concessions must complete plan review and obtain a Health Permit from the San Mateo County Environmental Health Department.

  • All Food and Beverage Concessions are required to collect food waste and compostable serviceware in separate containers and deposit the contents in designated compostable materials bins at collection areas.

  • Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed to limit the City from selling or authorizing a third party to sell Novelties or Souvenirs at City Events, provided that the City will not at any time sell or authorize the sale of Food and Beverage Concessions by parties other than Hardball nor can it sell baseball themed novelties.

  • Hardball shall, at its sole discretion, have the right to subcontract for the provision of Food and Beverage Concessions at the Venue to a qualified third party reasonably acceptable to the City.

  • Food and Beverage Concessions shall submit an application to the County of San Mateo for a Health Permit, concurrent with their ▇▇▇▇ review.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Hardball shall act as the exclusive provider of Food and Beverage Concessions at the Venue.

  • Hardball will, on or before seven (7) days after the applicable City Event, pay to the City fifty percent (50%) of all net revenue (i.e., gross revenue net of applicable taxes, and actual, direct, out of pocket costs of goods sold and labor) generated from the sale of Food and Beverage Concessions from each City Event.

  • Unless purchased by Hardball as part of the Hardball Contribution, the City, as part of the Project Budget, shall purchase and install all Food and Beverage Concessions Equipment necessary to make the Venue fully operational, consistent with the Plans and Specifications and the Development Agreement.
