Part VI: “Part VI” shall mean Tariff, Part VI, sections 200 through 237 pertaining to the queuing, study, and agreements relating to New Service Requests, and the rights associated with Customer- Funded Upgrades in conjunction with the applicable Common Service Provisions of Tariff, Part I and appropriate Schedules and Attachments.

If the Trustee/ Seller is unable to convey good and marketable title, the purchaser's sole remedy in law or equity shall be limited to the refund of the deposit.
