First Level Escalation Contact definition

First Level Escalation Contact means, in the case of CNN, the CNN Network Operations Center, E-mail: nxx-xxx@xxx.xxxxxx.xxx, and tel. 400-000-0000; and, in the case of AOL, the AOL Network Operations Center, tel. (000) 000-0000 (which contacts may be changed upon reasonable written notice to the other party with a replacement having comparable seniority and experience).

Examples of First Level Escalation Contact in a sentence

  • If a High Priority Error is not Fixed or a Workaround is not implemented within one (1) hour after contacting the First Level Escalation Contact, the Second Level Escalation Contact may be contacted.

  • Both Parties shall address High Priority Errors as Severity 1 Errors in accordance with Exhibit B-2, CNN may contact the First Level Escalation Contact if the High Priority Problem is not Fixed or a Workaround is not implemented within the target response times set forth in Exhibit B-2.

  • If a Medium Priority Error is not Fixed or a Workaround is not implemented within twelve (12) hours after contacting the First Level Escalation Contact, the Second Level Escalation Contact may be contacted.

  • Ground Level means the level of the referred point of exposed surface of the ground as indicated in the drawing.

  • Second Level Domain means that portion of a domain name to the left of the right-most period, up to the second period from the right, if any, plus the Top Level Domain.   • First Level Support means any support relating to calls from Customer’s customers, end users or affiliates or general resolution of user errors, network errors, provisioning errors or Internet delays or malfunctions.

  • Initial Level means, in respect of an Index, the level specified as such in the applicable Issue Terms.

  • Level I means a component of the federal PASRR requirement. Level I refers to the identification of individuals who are potential nursing facility admissions who have indicators of mental illness or developmental disabilities (42 CFR 483.128(a)).

  • Poverty level means the annual family income for a family unit of a particular size, as specified in the poverty guidelines updated annually in the Federal Register by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

  • Minimum Level (ML means the concentration at which the entire analytical system must give a recognizable signal and an acceptable calibration point. The ML is the concentration in a sample that is equivalent to the concentration of the lowest calibration standard analyzed by a specific analytical procedure, assuming that all the method-specified sample weights, volumes and processing steps have been followed.

  • Maximum contaminant level goal or “MCLG” means the maximum level of a contaminant in drinking water at which no known or anticipated adverse effect on the health of persons would occur, and which allows an adequate margin of safety. MCLGs are nonenforceable health goals.

  • Top Level Domain means the portion of the Domain Name to the right of the right-most period. (In the example, “COM”.) “Second Level Domain” means that portion of a domain name to the left of the right-most period, up to the second period from the right, if any, plus the Top Level Domain. (In the example, “XXXXXXXXX.XXX”.) “Third Level Domain” means that portion of a domain name to the left of the second period from the right, if any, up to the third period from the right, if any, plus the Second Level Domain.   • Level 4 means a project of greater than 550 kWac and not more than 1 MWac.

  • District Level Anti-Ragging Committee means the Committee, headed by the District Magistrate, constituted by the State Government, for the control and elimination of ragging in institutions within the jurisdiction of the district.

  • Highest-level owner means the entity that owns or controls an immediate owner of the offeror, or that owns or controls one or more entities that control an immediate owner of the offeror. No entity owns or exercises control of the highest level owner.
