FINDER'S OR BROKER'S FEES. All finder's fees, brokerage fees, or other expenses and fees due to any person as a result of the transactions in or contemplated by this agreement shall be paid solely by the Company.

  • Real estate brokerage activity means any activity that involves offering or providing real estate brokerage services to the public, including:

  • Ancillary Fees With respect to any Serviced Loan, any and all demand fees, beneficiary statement charges, fees for insufficient or returned checks and other usual and customary charges and fees (other than Modification Fees, Consent Fees, Penalty Charges, Assumption Fees, assumption application fees and defeasance fees) actually received from the related Mortgagor.

  • Brokerage means the provision by a third party of services, for a fee, to source Sub-Contractors to provide the Services on behalf of the Provider.

  • Advisory Fee shall have the meaning given to it in Section 2.2(f) hereof.

  • Transaction Fees means fees paid or payable by the Service Recipients, which are on market terms, with respect to financial advisory services ordinarily carried out by investment banks in the context of mergers and acquisitions transactions.

  • Commissions means the Commissions with Jurisdiction over the Issuer (as defined on page 4) and the securities commissions incorporated in the definition of this term in other parts of the Subscription Agreement;
