Finance Debt definition

Finance Debt means indebtedness (whether actual or contingent) in respect of money borrowed or raised or other financial accommodation. It includes indebtedness under or in respect of:
Finance Debt means and includes any indebtedness or other liability (present or future, actual or contingent) relating to any financial accommodation including –
Finance Debt means all Indebtedness (other than Indebtedness owed to the Issuer or any of its Subsidiaries) in respect of borrowed money (regardless of whether the recourse of the lender is to the whole of the assets of such Person or only to a portion thereof).

  • The Notes will (save for certain obligations required to be preferred by law) rank in priority to all other existing and future unsecured obligations of the Issuer from time to time outstanding and will rank senior in right of payment to all existing and future subordinated Finance Debt of the Issuer.
