FERC Waiver Order definition

FERC Waiver Order means the Order issued by the FERC on September 17, 1999, in Docket No. EL99-79-000, disclaiming jurisdiction under Section 201(b) of the Federal Power Act over the Owner Lessor, the Lessor Manager and the Owner Participant.
