LESSOR MANAGER definition

LESSOR MANAGER means Wilmington Trust Company, a Delaware banking corporation, not in its individual capacity, but solely as Independent Manager under the LLC Agreement and each other Person that may from time to time be acting as Independent Manager in accordance with the provisions of the LLC Agreement.
LESSOR MANAGER means Wells Fargo Bank Northwest, National Association not in its inxxxxxual capacity, but solely as an independent manager under the LLC Agreement and each other Person that may from time to time be acting as Independent Manager in accordance with the provisions of the LLC Agreement.
