Federal DOT Regulations means the Department of Transportation Procedures for Transportation Workplace Drug and Alcohol Testing Programs as published in 49 C.F.R. part 40 and any handbooks, materials or publications promulgated and distributed by DOT for Workplace Drug and Alcohol Testing Programs.
