F-Reorganization Steps Plan definition

F-Reorganization Steps Plan means the steps plan set forth in Section 1.1(a) of the New JPI Disclosure Letter.
F-Reorganization Steps Plan means the steps plan set forth in Section 1.1 of the New JPI Disclosure Letter. “ GAAP ” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.11 .
