Common Share Reorganization definition

Common Share Reorganization has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1;
Common Share Reorganization has the meaning attributed thereto in subsection 5.1(a);
Common Share Reorganization has the meaning ascribed to that term in Section 2.13(1); "Common Shares" means the common shares in the capital of the Company;

  • Notwithstanding any other provision of Section 6.6 hereof, no adjustment pursuant to Section 6.5 shall be made which would result in an increase in the Conversion Price or a decrease in the number of Units issuable upon the conversion of the Debentures (except in respect of the Common Share Reorganization described in Section 6.5(a) hereof or a Capital Reorganization described in Section 6.5(d)(ii) hereof).

  • Such adjustment shall be made successively whenever any Common Share Reorganization shall occur.

  • Notwithstanding any other provision of subsection 5(b) hereof, no adjustment of the Exercise Price shall be made which would result in an increase in the Exercise Price or a decrease in the number of Common Shares issuable upon the exercise of the Warrants (except in respect of the Common Share Reorganization described in subclause 5(b)(i)D hereof or a Capital Reorganization described in subclause 5(b)(iv)A hereof).


More Definitions of Common Share Reorganization

Common Share Reorganization means any of (i) the issuance of Common Shares or securities exchangeable for or convertible into Common Shares to all holders of Common Shares as a stock dividend, (ii) the subdivision, re-division or change of the Common Shares into a greater number of Common Shares, or (iii) the reduction, combination or consolidation of the Common Shares into a lesser number of Common Shares.
Common Share Reorganization means any of the events described in paragraphs 5.01(a)(i), (ii), (iii) or (iv) hereof;
Common Share Reorganization has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 6(a)(i)(A).
Common Share Reorganization has the meaning ascribed to that term in subsection 3.14(a);
Common Share Reorganization means any of the events described in paragraphs 4.01(a)(i), (ii) or (iii) hereof;
Common Share Reorganization means (i) a subdivision, redivision or change in the number of Common Shares at any time outstanding into a greater number of Common Shares, (ii) a reduction, combination or consolidation in the Common Shares at any time outstanding into a lesser number of Common Shares or (iii) any issuance of Common Shares or securities exchangeable for or convertible into Common Shares to all or substantially all of the holders of the Common Shares as a stock dividend or other distribution (other than as a distribution of Common Shares upon exercise of the Warrants, warrants or options previously issued by the Corporation or pursuant to the exercise of directors, officers or employee stock options granted under the Corporation’s stock option plans).
Common Share Reorganization means (i) the issuance of Common Shares or securities exchangeable for or convertible into Common Shares to all or substantially all of the holders of Common Shares as a stock dividend or similar distribution, (ii) the subdivision, redivision or change of the Common Shares into a greater number of Common Shares, or (iii) the reduction, combination or consolidation of the Common Shares into a lesser number of Common Shares.
