Existing Yen Bonds definition

Existing Yen Bonds means the VFH Parent LLC Japanese Yen Bonds issued on July 25, 2016 in the aggregate principal amount of JPY3,500,000,000 in favor of SBI Life Insurance Co., Ltd. and SBI Insurance Col., Ltd., and guaranteed by Virtu Financial LLC.
Existing Yen Bonds means the Borrower’s Japanese Yen Bonds issued on July 25, 2016 in the aggregate principal amount of JPY 3,500,000,000 in favor of SBI Life Insurance Co., Ltd. and SBI Insurance Col., Ltd., and guaranteed by Holdings.

Related to Existing Yen Bonds

  • Existing Bonds means the following obligations of Seller:

  • Term Bonds means Bonds that mature on one date and that are subject to mandatory redemption from Amortization Installments or are subject to extraordinary mandatory or mandatory redemption upon receipt of unscheduled Pledged Revenues.

  • Refunded Bonds means the portion of the $2,348,000 of the Series B Bonds now outstanding that are stated to mature on December 1 in each of the years 2021 and 2022 that is to be refunded by the Bonds, as determined by the Fiscal Officer and specified in the Certificate of Award at the time of the sale of the Bonds in accordance with Section 2, and may include all of those Original Bonds.

  • Series 2019 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2019A Bonds and the Series 2019B Bonds.

  • Outstanding Bonds means any Bonds not redeemed or otherwise discharged.

  • Series 2020 Bonds means the West Virginia Hospital Finance Authority Refunding Revenue Bonds (Thomas Health System, Inc.), Series 2020 A to be issued as a combination of tax-exempt and taxable non-rated fixed rate bonds by the Issuer, subject to its authority and discretion, in the aggregate principal amount of $60,100,000, to (i) refund and retire the Series 2008 Bonds at a discount to the current par amount outstanding, (ii) fund a debt service reserve fund for the Series 2020 Bonds, (iii) fund the Operating Reserve Fund, if necessary, as described in Article IV.C.1 of the Plan and (iv) finance costs of issuance of the Series 2020 Bonds.

  • Current Interest Bonds means Bonds of a Series the interest on which is payable at least annually.

  • Replacement Bonds means Bonds issued to the Beneficial Owners of the Bonds in accordance with Section 210 hereof.

  • Outstanding Dollar Principal Amount has the meaning specified in the Indenture.

  • Additional Bonds means the debt instruments issued under a Tap Issue, including any Temporary Bonds.

  • New Term Loan Maturity Date means the date on which a New Term Loan matures.

  • Series C Equipment Notes means Equipment Notes issued under an Indenture and designated as "Series C" thereunder.

  • Transition bonds means bonds, notes, certificates of

  • Outstanding Parity Bonds means the Outstanding Series 2010B Bonds, Series 2011A Bonds, Series 2012A Bonds, Series 2014 Bonds, Series 2015 Bonds, Series 2016 Bonds, Series 2017 Bonds, and Series 2019A Bonds.

  • Series 2017 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2017A Bonds and the Series 2017B Bonds.

  • Option Bonds means Current Interest Bonds, which may be either Serial or Term Bonds, which by their terms may be tendered by and at the option of the Owner for purchase prior to the stated maturity thereof.

  • Incremental Term Loan Maturity Date means the final maturity date of any Incremental Term Loan, as set forth in the applicable Incremental Term Loan Assumption Agreement.

  • 2019 Notes has the meaning set forth in the definition of “2018 Exchange Offers”.

  • Tranche B Term Loan Maturity Date means April 9, 2020 (or if such date is not a Business Day, the immediately preceding Business Day) or such earlier date as may result from the operation of Section 2.08(b), if applicable.

  • Series A Equipment Notes means Equipment Notes issued and designated as “Series A Equipment Notes” under the Indenture, in the original principal amount and maturities as specified in Schedule I to the Indenture under the heading “Series A Equipment Notes” and bearing interest at the Debt Rate for Series A Equipment Notes specified in Schedule I to the Indenture.

  • Incremental Loans has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.22(a).

  • Tranche A Term Loan Maturity Date means October 20, 2015.

  • Initial Bonds means the Bonds issued on the First Issue Date.

  • Euro Notes means the Initial Euro Notes and any Additional Euro Notes.

  • Initial Dollar Principal Amount means $1,000,000,000, or such higher amount as is specified in any Notice of Additional Issuance under Section 2.09 hereof.

  • Series AA Equipment Notes means Equipment Notes issued and designated as “Series AA Equipment Notes” under the Indenture, in the original principal amount and maturities as specified in Schedule I to the Indenture under the heading “Series AA Equipment Notes” and bearing interest at the Debt Rate for Series AA Equipment Notes specified in Schedule I to the Indenture.
