Existing Trust Agreement definition

Existing Trust Agreement shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the introductory paragraph of this Agreement.

Existing Trust Agreement means the Trust Agreement dated as of June 1, 1997, as supplemented and amended by the First Supplemental Trust Agreement dated as of Sep- tember 15, 1999, and the Second Sup- plemental Trust Agreement dated as of October 1, 2007.
