Except as otherwise expressly provided in any other document to which the Existing Trustee is a party, the Transferred Trustee Interest is assigned and transferred to the New Trustee pursuant to this Instrument “AS IS” and “WHERE IS”.

Each of the Existing Trustee, the New Trustee and the Beneficiary shall cooperate to file this Instrument and any other applicable document or instrument with the FAA for recordation for the purposes of deregistering the FAA Registered Aircraft Equipment and reregistering the FAA Registered Aircraft Equipment in the name of the New Trustee.
