Existing Supply Agreements definition

Existing Supply Agreements means, collectively, (i) each Bunge Agreement, and (ii) that certain Supply Agreement, dated as of October 24th, 2008 by and between Conagra Foods Food Ingredients Company, Inc. and MGP Ingredients, Inc., as amended from time to time and together with any replacements thereof.
