Existing Revolving Letters of Credit definition

Existing Revolving Letters of Credit means the Revolving Letters of Credit (as such term is defined under the Existing Facility) outstanding as of the Effective Date under the Existing Facility.
Existing Revolving Letters of Credit means each letter of credit listed on Part A of Schedule VI hereto, regardless of applicant listed thereon.
Existing Revolving Letters of Credit has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(m).

  • The commitments of the lenders under the Existing Revolving Credit Agreement shall have been terminated, no extensions of credit or interest thereon shall be outstanding or other amounts be due and owing thereunder, and there shall not be outstanding any Existing Revolving Letters of Credit except for those shown on Schedule 2.24(l) hereto.

Existing Revolving Letters of Credit means the Revolving Letters of Credit set forth on Schedule 2.04A.
