Existing Public Debt definition

Existing Public Debt means the 3¾% Senior Secured Notes, the 3⅞% Senior Notes, the 3⅞% Senior Secured Notes, the 4% Senior Notes, the August 2017 4⅞% Senior Notes, the September 2017 4⅞% Senior Notes, the 5¼% Senior Notes and the 5½% Senior Notes.
Existing Public Debt means the Borrower's $150,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 7.55% Notes due 2007 and its $150,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 8.05% Notes due 2027.

Examples of Existing Public Debt in a sentence

  • Promptly after the sending or filing thereof, the Borrower shall send the Administrative Agent copies of all material notices, certificates or reports delivered pursuant to, or in connection with, the Credit Agreement, the Indenture, the Senior Secured Notes or any indenture governing the Existing Public Debt.

  • Instruments governing the Existing Public Debt of Holdings and its Subsidiaries (which consists of only the 17/8% Convertible Senior Subordinated Notes, the 4% Convertible Senior Notes, the 61/2% QUIPS, the 83/8% Senior Subordinated Notes, the 91/4% Senior Notes and the 107/8% Senior Notes described herein).

  • Recommendation: Coordination with CTDOT as it relates to ITS within the Hartford TMA is essential, ensuring that future opportunities are identified and planned for.

  • Promptly after the sending or filing thereof, the Borrower shall send the Administrative Agent copies of all material notices, certificates or reports delivered pursuant to, or in connection with, the Indenture, the Senior Secured Notes or any indenture governing the Existing Public Debt.

  • A majority of each issue of Existing Public Debt shall have accepted a tender and exit consent offer (the “ Tender Offer”) made on terms reasonably satisfactory to the Arrangers, or all of each issue of Existing Public Debt has been redeemed or covenant defeased.


More Definitions of Existing Public Debt

Existing Public Debt means capital markets issues existing in the Target Group at the Unconditional Date, including (without limitation):
Existing Public Debt means the 17/8% Convertible Senior Subordinated Notes, the 4% Convertible Senior Notes, the 61/2% QUIPS, the 83/8% Senior Subordinated Notes, the 91/4% Senior Notes and the 107/8% Senior Notes.
Existing Public Debt means each of the indentures and other Indebtedness of the Borrower listed on Schedule VII.
Existing Public Debt means each of the following to the extent outstanding on the date hereof: (i) $200.0 million 6 3/4% Notes due 2003 of CCSC issued under the 0000 Xxxxxxxxx; (ii) $300.0 million 8 3/8% Notes due 2005 of CCSC issued under the 0000 Xxxxxxxxx; (iii) $200.0 million 8% Debentures due 2023 of CCSC issued under the 0000 Xxxxxxxxx; (iv) $350.0 million 7 3/8% Debentures due 2026 of CCSC issued under the 0000 Xxxxxxxxx; (v) $150.0 million 7 1/2% Debentures due 2096 of CCSC issued under the 0000 Xxxxxxxxx; (vi) $200.0 million 6 3/4% Notes due 2003 of Crown Cork & Seal Finance PLC issued under the 1996 Indenture; (vii) $300.0 million 7% Notes due 2006 of Crown Cork & Seal Finance PLC issued under the 1996 Indenture; (viii) $200.0 million 6 3/4% Notes due 2003 of Crown Cork & Seal Finance, S.A. issued under the 1996 Indenture; (ix) (euro)300.0 million 6% Senior Notes due 2004 of Crown Finance S.A. issued under the Fiscal and Paying Agency Agreement dated as of December 6, 1999 among CCSC, Crown Finance S.A. and Citibank, N.A., as paying agent (the "Existing -------- Crown Finance S.A. Existing Public Debt means Food Lion's $150,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 7.55% Notes due 2007 and its $150,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 8.05% Notes due 2027.
