Existing Holdings Preferred Equity definition

Existing Holdings Preferred Equity means the Series A Preferred Stock and Series B Preferred Stock, each issued by Chinos Holdings.
Existing Holdings Preferred Equity has the meaning specified in the definition of Permitted Holdings Preferred Equity.
