Existing Common Equity definition

Existing Common Equity means all Interests in Holdings, including Holdings’ outstanding common shares, together with any and all outstanding and unexercised or unvested warrants, options or rights to acquire Holdings’ common equity, and any Section 510(b) Claims, in each case existing prior to the Effective Date.
Existing Common Equity means, collectively, all Interests in Altera arising from or related to the Class A or Class B common units of Altera and any Interests in Altera GP that existed immediately prior to the Effective Date.
Existing Common Equity means 100% of the shares of common stock of the Debtor issued and outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Date.
