Exercise Delivery Date definition

Exercise Delivery Date means the Trading Day on which the Company is deemed to have received each of the Exercise Notice and the Aggregate Exercise Price in accordance with the terms of the Purchase Agreement, which delivery may be by .pdf e-mail.
