Excess Swap Replacement Amounts definition

Excess Swap Replacement Amounts means, in case of replacement of a Swap Agreement, the amount by which (i) the Swap Replacement Amount received by the CBC in connection with the Swap Agreement that is replaced exceeds (ii) the amounts debited to the Swap Replacement Ledger in respect of the replacement of such transaction.
Excess Swap Replacement Amounts means, in case of replacement of a Swap Agreement, the amount by which (i) the Swap Replacement Amount received by the CBC in connection with the Swap Agreement that is replaced exceeds (ii) the amounts debited to the Swap Replacement Ledger in respect of the replacement of such transaction. Exchange Date has the meaning ascribed to such term in the Temporary Global Covered Bond. Exchange Event has the meaning ascribed to such term in the Permanent Global Covered Bond. Excluded Swap Termination Amount means, in relation to a Swap Agreement, an amount equal to the amount of any termination payment due and payable to the relevant Swap Counterparty as a result of (a) an Event of Default or Termination Event (each as defined in such Swap Agreement) where the relevant Swap Counterparty is the Defaulting Party or the sole Affected Party or (b) a downgrade with respect to such Swap Counterparty. Extended Due for Payment Date means, subject to Condition 7(c), the date falling one (1) year after the Maturity Date, as specified as such in the applicable Final Terms.

  • Net Swap Payment With respect to each Distribution Date, the net payment required to be made pursuant to the terms of the Swap Agreement by either the Swap Provider or the Swap Administrator, which net payment shall not take into account any Swap Termination Payment.

  • Net Swap Receipt With respect to any Distribution Date, any net payment (other than a Swap Termination Payment) made by the Swap Provider to the Trust on the related Floating Rate Payer Payment Date (as defined in the Interest Rate Swap Agreement).

  • Required Reserve Account Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date on or after the Reserve Account Funding Date, an amount equal to (1) 0.50% of the Class A Invested Amount as of the preceding Distribution Date (after giving effect to all changes therein on such date) or (2) any other percentage (which may be 0%) of the Class A Invested Amount designated by the Transferors, provided that if such percentage is less than the percentage specified in clause (1) above, the Transferors shall have received the prior written consent of the Collateral Interest Holder and written notice from each Rating Agency that the Rating Agency Condition shall have been satisfied with respect to such designation and shall have delivered copies of each such written notice to the Servicer and the Trustee.

  • Available Reserve Account Amount means, for any Transfer Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the amount on deposit in the Reserve Account (exclusive of Investment Earnings on such date and before giving effect to any deposit to, or withdrawal from, the Reserve Account made or to be made with respect to such date) and (b) the Required Reserve Account Amount, in each case on such Transfer Date.
