Progress Officer means any person nominated by or on behalf of the Purchaser to visit supplier's works to ascertain position of deliveries of Goods ordered.

A reserve officer is a peace officer while engaged in the performance of his or her duties whose authority shall be limited to the authority granted by his or her authorizing agency.
Records officer means the individual appointed by the chief administrative officer of each governmental entity, or the political subdivision to work with state archives in the care, maintenance, scheduling, designation, classification, disposal, and preservation of records.

forest officer means a full-time employee of the department of natural resources who is designated a forest officer under section 1503.29 of the Revised Code and is in compliance with section 109.77 of the Revised Code.
Principal Financial Officer means, with respect to any Obligor Party, any director, any manager, the chief financial officer, the treasurer or the principal accounting officer of such Obligor Party.
Authorized Financial Officer means a chief executive officer, chief financial officer, chief accounting officer, treasurer or other qualified senior officer acceptable to the Administrative Agent.
