Claims Officer definition

Claims Officer means the individual or individuals appointed by the Monitor pursuant to the Amended Claims Procedure Order;

Claims Officer means present drawing and disbursing officer (The finance executive who has been assigned role & authorization of drawing and disbursing)

• Criteria - When employees have an item of personal property lost, damaged or stolen while in the line of duty and through no fault of their own and when that item is necessarily worn, carried or required as part of their job, a claim for reimbursement may be submitted to the Safety and Claims Officer.
