ex-factory definition

ex-factory means ex-works as such term is defined by the Incoterms 2000;
ex-factory shall have the following meaning: the plant price. In this section the term "sales" shall have the following meaning: proceeds received by the Company from sales of the Program Products and/or products containing the Program Products, less returns, credits and discounts.
