Class Factor. As to any date of determination and any Class of Certificates (other than the Interest Only Classes and the Residual Certificates), a fraction the numerator of which is (i) the aggregate of the denominations of all Certificates of such Class plus, in the case of each Accrual Class, all interest that has accrued on the Certificates of such Class prior to such date of determination and been added to the Class Balance thereof, less (ii) the aggregate amount of all Principal Distribution Amounts, if any, allocable thereto prior to such date of determination and the denominator of which is the original Class Balance of such Class. As to any date of determination and any Interest Only Class, a fraction, the numerator of which is the percentage of the balance specified for such purpose under “Reference SheetNotional Classes” in the Prospectus Supplement (or, if applicable, the sum of the applicable percentages of the balances so specified) and the denominator of which is the original Class Balance thereof. Class Factor. As to any date of determination and any Combinable Class, the then current Class Factor for the Related REMIC Class. As to any date of determination and any RCR Class, a fraction the numerator of which is the sum of the then current Class Balances of the Related REMIC Classes included in the same Certificate Group, and the denominator of which is the sum of the original Class Balances thereof.
Class Factor. With respect to each Class and any date of determination, the then applicable Class Principal Balance of such Class divided by the Original Class Principal Balance thereof.

More Definitions of Class Factor

Class Factor means for any month with respect to the Class A Certificates, a truncated eight-digit decimal that, when multiplied by the Initial Certificate Balance of such Class, will equal its Current Certificate Balance. The Class Factor for any month reflects the payments of principal to be made on the Payment Date in the same month.
Class Factor. As to any date of determination and any Combinable Class, the then current class factor for the Related REMIC Class. As to any date of determination and any RCR Class (other than any RCR Class of Interest Only Certificates), a fraction, the numerator of which is the sum of the then current class balances of the Related REMIC Classes or specified portions thereof (other than any interest only Related REMIC Classes) included in the same Certificate Group, and the denominator of which is the sum of the original class balances of such Related REMIC Classes or specified portions thereof. As to any date of determination and any RCR Class of Interest Only Certificates, a fraction, the numerator of which is (i) the percentage specified in the related Prospectus Supplement for such RCR Class of Interest Only Certificates multiplied by (ii) the then current principal balance of the REMIC class (or other specified mortgage-related asset) from which the Class Balance of such RCR Class of Interest Only Certificates is derived as specified in the related Prospectus Supplement (or, if more than one percentage and REMIC class (or other specified mortgage-related asset) is so specified, the sum of the products described in this sentence), and the denominator of which is the original principal balance of such REMIC class (or other specified mortgage-related asset).
Class Factor. For each Class of Pass-Through Certificates, a rounded (or, prior to the Class Factors for the month of August 2016, truncated rather than rounded) eight-digit decimal that, when multiplied by the original principal amount or notional principal amount of a Pass-Through Certificate, will equal its remaining principal amount or notional principal amount after giving effect to the payment of principal or reduction in notional principal amount to be made on the Payment Date (i) in the same month, for Classes backed by Gold PCs, mortgage-related assets otherwise related to Gold PCs or GNMA Certificates or (ii) in the following month, for Classes backed by Original PCs, mortgage-related assets otherwise related to Original PCs or ARM PCs.

As to each Class having a stated principal amount, the Class Factor for such Class, when multiplied by the original principal amount of a Certificate of that Class (assuming such Certificate was issued on the applicable Startup Day), will equal its remaining principal amount, after giving effect to any payment of (and/or addition to) principal to be made on the Payment Date in the same month or, in the case of a Class directly or indirectly backed by Original PCs or ARM PCs, in the following month; and as to each Interest Only Class having a notional principal amount, the Class Factor for such Class, when multiplied by the original notional principal amount of a Certificate of such Class (assuming such Certificate was issued on the applicable Startup Day), will equal its remaining notional principal amount after the Payment Date occurring in the same month or, in the case of a Class directly or indirectly backed by Original PCs or ARM PCs, in the following month. The Class Factor for a Retail Class applies to such Class as a whole, not to any related Retail Class Units, and disregards any rounding of principal payments.
